- CMOS/TTL compatible output level, can be directly connected to the CPU
- With clamp diode output, suitable for inductive loads;
- Control and drive integration with integrated circuits;
- Pin high voltage protection function;
- Working temperature: 0℃ to 80℃
- The module can drive two DC motors or a 4-wire-2-phase stepper motor
- Two L9110S motor drive control chips on board
